Action Facilities Management, INC (AFM) is hiring a General Maintenance Worker to perform preventative and general maintenance on campus buildings and equipment. The role requires skills in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and masonry to keep facilities in top condition.
The position is union-based and pays $31.00 per hour, with a Tuesday–Friday shift from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Candidates should be able to read plans, operate hand and power tools, and pass background checks.
