Currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Food Service Supervisor position. Candidate must be flexible with availability and have previous Food Service experience. Seeking a candidate who is looking for long-term employment and to grow with our management team.

  Job Description:
  
  Take guests orders on POS register
• Accept payment (cash, debit, credit)
• Handle guest requests
• Supervising, monitoring, and training team members and giving direction
• Prepare, heat, and finish food/beverage items
• Use manual appliances to slice food items
• Package take-out food
• Stock refrigerators and sandwich bars
• Keep records of the quantities of food used/prepped
• Cross training between storefront, drive-thru, sandwich bar, and baking
• Wash and cut vegetables, clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, storage racks, equipment, receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage, handle cleaning products, sweep and mop floors
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, scour pots and pans, clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher carts and garbage units

  Up to 50 lbs
