* High school diploma or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years turning wrenches in a dealership or high-level shop
* Master Certification -(Ford/Subaru/Hyundai/Mazda is a major plus)
* A complete, professional-grade toolset
* Drive, independence, and a strong work ethic
* Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus
* Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
