This is a full-time on-site role for a Waste Technician located in Aurora, CO. The Waste Technician is responsible for collecting and disposing of waste and recyclables in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner. Daily tasks include managing resident trash and recycling, assisting with clothing donation collection, and supporting the distribution of resident packages as needed. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols, while providing excellent customer service to residents and property management teams.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures for waste handling and recycling
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items, walk extensive distances, and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with residents and property management teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure proper waste management processes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
• Previous experience in waste management or customer service is a plus
