As a Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key member of the Operations Maintenance team, supporting the performance and reliability of sophisticated robotic, packaging, and conveyor systems. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automated equipment while also helping develop the next wave of technicians through hands‑on mentorship.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain material handling and pneumatic systems
• Install, troubleshoot, and restore automated and robotic packaging and distribution equipment
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as they build their technical capabilities

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with maintenance planning and preventive maintenance programs
• Working knowledge of conveyor systems, automation, and controls
• Ability to interpret operational data and support improvement projects
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and CMMS platforms
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with risk management and coordinating maintenance workflows

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
