Robotic Maintenance Technician Pay Rate:
$35.50/hr
Schedule:- Day Shift: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday - 4 10 hour shifts
- Night Shift: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday - 4 10 hour shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and pneumatic systems
- Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues involving motors, belts, photo‑eyes, relays, sensors, and controls
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using a CMMS, with accurate documentation
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment issues and recommend long‑term solutions
- Promote a safe working environment by strictly following all safety procedures
- Mentor and support junior technicians, helping develop the next generation of technical talent
- Build strong working relationships across Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience maintaining or repairing automated conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or similar mechanical/controls systems
- 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance
- 2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics
- Proven commitment to safety standards and best practices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- DIRECT-HIRE Position
- Competitive pay: $35.50/hr

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
