Robotic Maintenance Technician Pay Rate:

$35.50/hr

Schedule:
  • Day Shift: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday - 4 10 hour shifts
  • Night Shift: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday - 4 10 hour shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and pneumatic systems
  • Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues involving motors, belts, photo‑eyes, relays, sensors, and controls
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using a CMMS, with accurate documentation
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment issues and recommend long‑term solutions
  • Promote a safe working environment by strictly following all safety procedures
  • Mentor and support junior technicians, helping develop the next generation of technical talent
  • Build strong working relationships across Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience maintaining or repairing automated conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or similar mechanical/controls systems
  • 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance
  • 2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Proven commitment to safety standards and best practices
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching throughout 12‑hour shifts
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 49 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
  • Comfort working at heights, including climbing ladders and gangways
  • Willingness to work any of the available shifts based on business needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
