Conversion- Logistics Operation Support

Purpose/Summary

The Operations Support Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to multi‑shift terminal operations. This position serves as a point of contact for processing and verifying shipment documentation, tracking incoming freight, and preparing packages for shipments.

• Verify accuracy of inbound and outbound documentation.
• Track incoming containers and resolve issues as needed.
• Prepare document packages for shipments using Windows‑based shipping systems.
• Coordinate documentation for incoming freight to ensure swift movement of cargo.
• Build outbound manifests and prepare paperwork for shipments.
• Resolve inventory accuracy issues.
• Support the Yard department with gate activities, equipment reconciliation reporting, and equipment management.
• Support the Customer Service department with systematic data entry and posting production systemically.
• Confirm receipt in system to trigger financial actions for some customers.
• In fulfillment operations, perform all fulfillment functions, including wave production.

• High school diploma preferred (or equivalent, including a college degree).
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Self‑starter attitude and ability to work independently on time‑sensitive tasks.
• Organized, detail‑focused, and able to meet customer expectations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player attitude.
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization.
