Job Description:

The Cleaning Authority is hiring full‑time professional house cleaners. We seek dependable, reliable, dedicated candidates committed to excellence in a full‑time role.

• Perform thorough residential cleanings, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors in accordance with TCA's Detail‑Clean Rotation System.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and preferences and effectively communicating customer needs to the office.
• Be available to be scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures while managing cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle required.
• Previous cleaning experience (minimum 6 months verifiable).
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Full‑time availability Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; no night or weekend shifts.
• Great attitude, team player, pride in work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards.
• Able to stand all day and lift light loads ($43,700.
• Thorough, paid training on cleaning and disinfecting.
• Safe working environment with supplied masks, gloves, and EPA‑approved disinfectants.
