Responsibilities
  • Conduct federally regulated and non‑regulated drug and alcohol tests in accordance with federal and company guidelines while ensuring proper chain of custody.
  • Administer breath alcohol testing using approved equipment and procedures.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation and post‑collection paperwork.
  • Follow strict confidentiality and professional standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and donors.
  • Stay current with DOT and federal regulations regarding drug and alcohol testing.
  • Once fully trained, possess the willingness to take shifts as an after‑hours collector/BAT.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass training for DOT specimen collector and breath alcohol technician (BAT).
  • Ability to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship and provide appropriate documentation.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug & alcohol test which includes marijuana use.
  • Fluency in English.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when on‑call.
  • Ability to take direction and have work pass inspection.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently.
Physical requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds.
