Cleaning Technician – $19–$25/hr Daytime cleaning of homes and rentals (Mon–Fri, 9–5). Paid training, paid drive time, tips + bonuses. Must have a reliable car, ITIN/SSN, and pass a background check. Light to moderate physical work, traveling between jobs, following checklists, and providing excellent service.

Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

My Cleaning Lady is seeking reliable, detail‑oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. If you enjoy cleaning, working independently, and creating a great experience for clients, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll clean residential homes, rentals, and commercial spaces while following our detailed checklists and maintaining a high standard of quality. We provide paid training so you feel confident and prepared.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential, rental, and occasional commercial cleanings
• Complete general, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
• Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards
• Travel between job sites within a 40-mile radius
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Work safely in homes with pets, children, or seniors
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Arrive on time and prepared for the day’s schedule

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Able to lift, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and work ethic
• Experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred, but not required
• Must have ITIN or SSN
• Must pass a background check
• Comfortable traveling throughout Denver and surrounding areas
