Maxx Properties is hiring a Groundskeeper to join our team at Wentworth Apartments (Aurora) for a full‑time and immediate opportunity. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the community by inspecting and caring for common areas, amenities, grounds, model apartments, vacant units, and public spaces. The role includes routine landscaping, pool maintenance (outsourced but as needed), exterior upkeep, cleaning, snow removal (where applicable), and market‑ready apartment preparation while operating and maintaining grounds equipment.

The Groundskeeper will also assist with maintenance projects, signage installation/removal, resident communications, inventory management, and maintaining organized work areas. The role requires identifying and reporting maintenance or landscaping concerns, collaborating with community staff to uphold property standards, and representing the company in a professional manner while helping provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

1-2 years of groundskeeping experience is required.
