Ferguson - 22400 East 19th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and Auto Store system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise;
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment);
Maintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards;
Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation for building systems and equipment;
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services
