Key Responsibilities
- Manage facilities operations and maintenance teams, coordinating and overseeing critical and non‑critical infrastructure maintenance to provide a safe work environment for all site personnel.
- Manage preventative maintenance work of all critical and non‑critical equipment to prevent mission interruptions.
- Manage critical spares inventory for mission‑essential equipment to prevent unplanned outages.
- Interpret and implement maintenance policy and procedures.
- Notify designated GPOCs and/or Operations personnel on facility significant events, compiling summaries, critical actions, remediation plans, and briefing site management.
- Update and rewrite maintenance SOPs annually in coordination with site engineering.
- Manage training plans for 24/7 employees, ensuring a well‑trained workforce to respond to site anomalies.
- Integrate new construction projects into the maintenance program, develop testing requirements, and coordinate site acceptance review.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of facilities operations experience.
- Minimum of three (3) consecutive years of supervisory experience in facilities operations.
- Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining power generation, chilled water, and large‑scale facilities equipment.
- Personnel‑management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project‑management concepts (schedule, scope, cost, risk, deliverables, metrics).
- Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment.
- Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment.
- Seven (7) years of facilities operations experience.
- Four (4) consecutive years of facilities operations supervisory experience.
Basic compensation ranges (subject to location and internal parity):
- $107,500 – $131,400 for Colorado (CO) sites.
- $97,700 – $119,400 for New Mexico (NM) sites.
Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or discretionary payments such as sign‑on, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, and long‑term incentives.
