We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established independent repair facility in Centennial, Colorado. This full-time, Monday-through-Friday position offers a competitive base salary, unlimited performance-based earning potential, outstanding benefits, and ongoing professional development.

• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.
• Present repair recommendations and clearly communicate vehicle needs to customers.
• Order parts and coordinate repair timelines.
• Maintain an organized workflow between customers and technicians.
• Address customer concerns and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Track, understand, and contribute to key performance indicators.
• Work closely with technicians to support efficient repairs and timely vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records using shop management software.

• Three or more years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Experience working in an independent automotive repair shop is required.
• Proven experience preparing estimates and repair orders.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Strong computer and telephone skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Open to coaching, training, and continuous learning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.
