Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

LR Associates, LLC is a Veteran owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission.

We are seeking Full Time Housekeepers to perform cleaning services for our government customer in Aurora, CO. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude.

• US citizens only.
• Must pass a government background check.
• Minimum of one year cleaning experience, including six months of floor buffing experience.

• Buffing the floors.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors.
• Emptying trash.
• Cleaning the lobby area, hallways, and bathrooms.
• Dusting, cleaning doors and glass.
• Removing litter.
• Refilling all paper products.
• Cleaning kitchen/break areas.
• Providing professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers.

• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time.
• Able to ascend/descend stairs and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently.
• May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
