UCHealth is seeking a Multi Services Technician to support safe, reliable facilities across our Colorado hospitals and clinics. In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and preventive checks on building systems and non-clinical equipment, helping ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Working in a collaborative, patient-first culture, you’ll respond to work orders, assist with room setups and minor environmental tasks, and follow strict safety and infection-control standards.

- Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance in clinical and non-clinical areas
- Complete basic repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems within scope
- Conduct preventive maintenance, safety checks, and minor troubleshooting on hospital equipment
- Respond to service tickets and urgent requests to support uninterrupted patient care
- Coordinate with clinical staff to schedule work with minimal disruption
- Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance records in CMMS or logs
- Assist vendors and specialized technicians during inspections and major repairs
- Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards in a healthcare environment
- Support room setups, relocations, and light custodial or environmental tasks as needed
- Collaborate with teammates to identify facility issues and improve reliability
- Basic electrical repair
