Maintenance Supervisor
Aurora, IL
What's in It for You?- $40–$50/hr
- Monday–Friday | Flexible start (6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM)
- Overtime available with occasional Saturdays

- Supervise a team of 8–10 maintenance employees
- Coordinate daily maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs
- Schedule repairs, prioritize work orders, and ensure parts are available
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and diesel equipment
- Support equipment installations, shutdowns, and emergency repairs
- Coach technicians, promote safety, and improve equipment reliability
- Partner with production and operations to minimize downtime
- Maintenance supervisory experience
- Strong diesel/vehicle maintenance background required
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
