Senior Manager, Facilities and Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of retail locations
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
• Develop and manage multi-million facilities and maintenance budget
• Plan and coordinate facility improvement projects and renovations
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of facilities and maintenance professionals

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams
• Strong understanding of building systems and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel including overnights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary

Demonstrates expertise in facilities management, including overseeing operations, developing maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and coordinate facility improvement projects effectively.
