GDI Integrated Facilities Service - 7300 Aurora Road - Responsibilities:
Floor Stripping & Refinishing:
Execute complete VCT stripping procedures by applying chemical strippers, removing old wax build-up, neutralizing the floor, and preparing surfaces for refinishing;
Waxing & Sealing:
Apply multiple, even coats of floor finish/wax and sealers according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards;
Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus;
Must have the ability to work with other crew members;
Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
