We're hiring Reach and Cherry Picker Shift Coordinator operators in Austell who don't mind heights or hard work. You'll pull orders, build pallets, and keep the floor running tight. Get paid weekly and go home proud.

Gear Up and Get Rolling With:

Cherry picker or order picker know-how
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift (up to) 50 lbs and keep pace
Forklift certification

A Typical Day on the Reach

Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials from trailers, rail cars, and shipments.
Perform pallet building, picking, packing, and shrink wrapping for transport.
Use RF scanning equipment to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Move and handle hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Inspect loads to ensure proper stacking, balance, and secure transport.
Rotate inventory to support FIFO ( first-in , first-out ) processes .
Complete quality assurance checks, reporting damages or shortages.
Document shipments, including bills of lading, manifests, and inventory records.
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance or repair needs.
