Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair on buildings and mechanical equipment;
Repair and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment and periodic maintenance of equipment (pumps, gears, piping, electrical systems including PLLs, logic contracts, and VFDs);
Troubleshoot electrical systems (e.g., overhead cranes and RTAs);
Backwash filter systems, clean foot valves and filtration systems;
General maintenance of buildings (painting, concrete repairs, replacing light bulbs, sweeping, mopping)
