As a Janitor & Light Maintenance team member, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other facility spaces while supporting light maintenance needs throughout the building. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on the day-to-day appearance, safety, and functionality of our workplace.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to a positive team environment. If you enjoy staying active and making a difference behind the scenes, we’d love to have you on our team.

• Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, communal areas, offices, and other facility spaces.
• Clean both the interior and exterior areas of the facility as needed.
• Vacuum, mop floors, clean windows, and perform general housekeeping tasks.
• Refill and restock facility supplies and necessities.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the building.
• Disinfect common areas, high-touch surfaces, and shared work spaces.
• Assist with light maintenance duties as assigned.
• Follow established cleaning and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Remain flexible and assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to clean and disinfect a variety of surfaces and work areas.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to support other tasks as business needs arise
