You will be responsible for ensuring that both common areas and individual units are kept spotless and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to tenant satisfaction and the overall reputation of our properties.

• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and recreational spaces.
• Manage apartment/unit turnover cleaning, ensuring readiness for new tenants.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness by managing outdoor areas, including patios and parking lots.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Support routine maintenance by reporting damages or hazards and monitoring cleaning supply inventory.
• Assist with pest control efforts by maintaining cleanliness and promptly reporting any infestations.
• Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies for optimal efficiency.
