Maintenance Supervisor

Insight Global is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to join one of their Fortune 500 Manufacturing clients at their Austin, MN facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading all maintenance operations within the facility, including supervising skilled trades teams, managing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and plant systems. Your position serves as a technical leader by troubleshooting equipment issues, overseeing equipment installations and modifications, utilizing CMMS and CAD tools, and driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, cost reduction, and energy efficiency.

Additionally, you'd partner closely with plant leadership, vendors, and contractors to support facility projects, manage maintenance resources, and ensure operational goals are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. This is a direct hire, permanent role with strong growth opportunities into the Maintenance Engineer position.

There are two shifts available:
1) 2nd Shift 1:30pm start time. Monday through Friday with some weekends required. Shift rotation every 12-18 months.
2) 3-4-4-3 shift - 5:30pm to 5:30am - typically work a repeating cycle of 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off including weekend coverage. The salary range offered is between $69,500-$97,000.
