Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, grand lobby/clubhouse, and common areas, parking lots and other community buildings;
Meticulously maintains curb appeal;
Responsible for trash removal from all campus building trash rooms, trash areas, common area garage cans & office areas on a daily basis;
Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready;
Assists Director of Facility Operations (DFO) and Executive Director by performing assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
