Maintain and make repairs to the venue as assigned.;
Complete work orders in a well-established preventative maintenance system for the facility and all equipment.;
Record and log all work performed, complete work order slips and compile all required reports in a timely and complete manner.;
Maintain walls (interior and exterior) of entire complex including all drywall repairs, sanding, and repainting.;
Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment.
