Omni Hotels - - - Responsibilities:
Lead and perform all routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of gasoline- and diesel-powered golf course equipment, including mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and golf carts.;
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment longevity and peak performance.;
Inspect, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across all golf course maintenance machinery.;
Maintain detailed service and maintenance records using computerized systems for inventory tracking, compliance, and reporting.;
Train staff on equipment operation, preventative care, and safety protocols to promote a culture of accountability and best practices.
