Maintenance Technician – Texas Neuro Rehab Center (Full‑time)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of hospital buildings, equipment, and grounds. Duties include skilled maintenance, repair, and construction work, ensuring a clean, safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a qualified maintenance mechanic, using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. HVAC or plumbing experience preferred.
• Current Texas driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical capability to walk, stand, kneel, stoop, bend, and lift up to 100 lbs, and to traverse indoor and outdoor hospital grounds under various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
