Porter – Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Porter at Arboretum Oaks.

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR.

• Hourly Rate
• Full-time

• Austin, TX – Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
