Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning where necessary; sweep, mop, and polish floors in clubs' areas.;
Perform or coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, etc.).;
Maintain a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and improvements.;
Communicate with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, and complete work requests from Department Heads, members, and guests.;
Attend daily briefings and support club operations; assist other tasks as needed.
