Full-Time | Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Thursday/Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm | Tuesdays and Wednesdays off |

About the RoleWe’re looking for a dependable and service‑oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
- Handle entry‑level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
- Assist with HVAC‑related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
- Support move‑ins and move‑outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
- Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
- Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
- Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required.
- General maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to be on‑call or respond to after‑hours emergencies.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in residential facilities is a plus.
