We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Maintenance Technician for Job Code:
Lead Maintenance ATX-717L to join our team in a full‑time, on‑site role located in Austin, TX. The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing and performing daily maintenance tasks, conducting preventive maintenance checks, and managing the repair, upkeep, and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities. As a critical part of our property management team, this role ensures the safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality of our properties.

• Strong expertise in equipment maintenance and maintenance tasks to ensure all systems and equipment operate efficiently.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and maintenance & repair to minimize downtime and address potential issues proactively.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve maintenance and operational problems effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work in an on‑site capacity with attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Previous experience in property management maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and contractors.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification is a plus.
