• Comfort working across multiple software platforms simultaneously (shipping systems, ERP, carrier portals).

• Ability to safely lift and handle packages and operate in a warehouse environment.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain, or related field a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related role.
• Experience working with shipping platforms such as Ship Station, UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship Manager, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus.
• Ability to accurately review and process sales orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with LTL freight shipping, palletizing, and carrier coordination.
• Basic understanding of international shipping documentation and customs requirements a plus.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory control processes a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse/shipping environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
