Make-Ready Technician - $19/hr

Full-Time | Property Management
We're hiring an experienced Make-Ready Technician to join our property management team in the Austin 78741 area. If you know how to turn units quickly, handle repairs with confidence, and deliver clean, move-in-ready homes, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete full make-ready turns for vacant units
- Perform general repairs including fixtures, hardware, and minor maintenance
- Paint interiors with clean, professional results
- Replace or repair sheetrock when needed
- Ensure units meet company quality standards before move-in
- Communicate progress and needs with the office and maintenance team
- Maintain tools, supplies, and a safe work environment
- Experience required - must have proven make-ready or maintenance background
- Strong skills in repair, painting, and sheetrock work
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on schedule
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work
- Able to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed
- $19 per hour
- Full-time position
