Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make‑readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum required tools.
• Availability “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Criminal Background Check, Non‑DOT Testing, MVR.

• Hourly Rate – Full‑time.

  Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
