• Clean all surfaces in common areas (e.g., Information Centers, Fitness Center, kitchens, restrooms) to include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning.
• Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces including restrooms and dog waste stations.
• Clean and maintain light fixtures and replacement bulbs.
• Patrol grounds for trash and debris along roads, maintaining a “Clean as You Go” mindset.
• Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile and genuine greeting.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and tidy.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least five years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, general maintenance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, computer, printer, copier, and etc.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
• Must maintain professional appearance.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance is required.
