  Full‑time; days may vary, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (details discussed during interview)
• Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour
• Requirement:
  Prior floor care experience

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and apply proper procedures, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Use proper procedures for carpet and upholstery care, including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor‑care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor‑care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
