Required- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
- 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
- Able to walk/stand for the duration of the shift
Must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to ensure quality service and team accountability.
- Inspections- ensure sanitation standards are met
- Maintain cleaning schedule
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Ensure compliance with client work order program
- Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
- Review monthly supplies
- Manage, maintain and inventory equipment
- Employee coaching
- Other Janitorial Duties as Needed
