Exciting Opportunity:
Join Our Team as a Pool Cleaner!

First-year potential: $40k - $60k based on performance.

Training Pay: $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.

M - F (occasional Saturday).

Start to finish job, depends on last job completed.

• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of application.
• Minimum 6 months of residential or commercial pool cleaner experience.
• Willingness and ability to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Proficiency with electronic communication and various devices.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, even in extreme temperatures.
• Comfortable managing a workload of 8‑12 pools per day.

• Remove debris from pool surfaces and floors, balance chemicals, and maintain pool equipment to the highest standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs, and customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Always maintain a professional attitude and foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
