Building Attendant II (Custodian) - Dayshift Porter
Responsible for custodial cleaning work in a building or buildings. Usually works in a large assigned area with frequent group work and/or special assignments in addition to the assigned area. Maintains curb appeal of public circulation space and restrooms. Keeps premises of academic buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Six months of experience in custodial maintenance work.
- High school graduation or GED.
- More than one year custodial experience.
$37,440
Monday - Friday, (8:00 am-5:00 pm or 7:30 am-4:30 pm or 7:00 am
-4:00 pm or 5:30 am-2:30 pm). Overtime may be required with little or no notice.
