Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary

Bringing a positive impression to every member by ensuring parking lots, restrooms, floors, and overall store environment are clean and safe. You’ll be on your feet most of the shift, handling maintenance tasks, cleaning, sanitation, and quick problem‑resolution while maintaining an optimistic attitude.

• Safeguard the facility by following safety standards, performing safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, tools, and equipment while following company procedures.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in compliance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain proper levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them safely, and place orders as needed.

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.

• Hourly wage range: $18.00 – $26.00; actual rate may equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the location.
• Additional premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
