Salary Range: $19.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Come join our growing Maintenance Team as a Full‑Time Porter for one of our newest properties in Austin, TX! This position is eligible for our brand new “Texas Stay Program”, which rewards commitment and celebrates milestones with up to $3,000 in bonuses during your first year.

Location:

Ivy Heights, a newer 300‑unit residential community located in Austin, TX 78744 (in the heart of East Austin).

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a one‑hour lunch break daily. Weekends possible.

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1‑3 months of related experience preferred; experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid Driver’s License required

• Competitive base hourly pay, discussed during interview process
• Automatic hourly pay increases every quarter after 90 days on the job, with potential annual discretionary bonus at year‑end
