Simon Property Group is seeking a skilled painter to coat interior and exterior surfaces of shopping center properties. The role involves prep work, priming, and applying finishes to walls, ceilings and furniture, using brushes, rollers or spray guns.
You will coordinate color changes with management and maintain a clean, safe work area according to OSHA standards. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of painting experience, read plans accurately, and hold a high school diploma or GED.
