Westdale Asset Management in Austin is seeking a Service Technician I to transform vacant units into ready homes at our 300-unit, resort-inspired community. You will perform minor repairs, prepare move-in ready apartments, and help maintain grounds and common areas.
This is an on-site, hourly non-exempt role with opportunities to grow within the company. Hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties and potential weekend needs.
