Landscape/Maintenance Specialist
Location:
Austin, TX.
Employment Type:
Full-time.
Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, 9‑5, M‑F.
Compensation: $20.00 hourly.
About the PropertyThe property is a large ranch on Lake Austin outside the city limits, featuring a main home, guest house, workshop, pool, wellness center, boat house and meticulously maintained grounds. The estate is supported by an on‑site maintenance team and an estate manager.
Responsibilities- Assist the Facility Lead with the care, upkeep and maintenance of the estate.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Learn and perform tasks that may involve carpentry, horticulture, plumbing, electrical/mechanical systems, and use/maintenance of power tools.
- Maintain attention to detail to keep the property safe, beautiful, and clean.
- Willingness to work outside and in all weather conditions.
- Passion for learning and comfort with getting dirty.
- Attention to detail.
- General knowledge of carpentry, horticulture, plumbing, electrical/mechanical systems, and power tool maintenance is helpful.
- Full‑time position, 40 hours per week.
- Paid time off including holidays.
