The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Austin, TX community. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and help uphold curb appeal and apartment quality.
Under supervision, you will manage basic repairs, coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and community manager, and participate in safety meetings. A high school diploma and 3–4 years of experience are required, with a CFC certification preferred.
