Lead Maintenance Technician
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role leads maintenance staff, coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensures compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Lead Maintenance ATX-717L to join our team in a full‑time, on‑site role located in Austin, TX. The Lead Maintenance Technician will manage and perform daily maintenance tasks, conduct preventive maintenance checks, and manage the repair, upkeep, and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities. As a critical part of our property management team, this role ensures the safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality of our properties.
- Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance tasks to ensure all systems and equipment operate efficiently.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to minimize downtime and address potential issues proactively.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve maintenance and operational problems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work in an on‑site capacity with attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Previous experience in property management maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and contractors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification is a plus.
