Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Supervisor in South Austin.
Responsibilities- Ensurecompliancewithinthemaintenanceteam.
- Improveprocessesandfindefficienciesinworkflow.
- Troubleshootandimplementcost-savingtechniquesand recommend improvements.
- Leadinthemanagement,trainingandretentionofqualityemployees.
- Consistentlyreviewpendingworkordersandallocatethemappropriately.
- Maintainmonthlyandyearlybudgetoverages.
- Facilitatepropertymaintenanceissues,includingschedulingregularmaintenanceandrepair,negotiatingcontractswithvendorsandconductingproperty inspections.
- Reviewturnsandmake-readyscheduleanddelegateworktoproperworkgroups.
- Proven experience in Property Maintenance
- Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor
- HVAC certified
- Pool certification
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
- Hourly Rate
- Full-time
