Groundskeeper​/Porter Lease Up - Citizen East Lake

Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. They must work inside and outside in all weather conditions, push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance. Rare or regular travel may be required.

They must be able to work a flexible schedule, including call time during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly range: $18.00 - $20.00. Base salary may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs for corporate roles or weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonuses for onsite property positions. Additional compensation is determined by business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
