Sodalis Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance and repairs of the community facilities and grounds. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment care, safety drills, resident move-ins/outs assistance, and on-call emergency support. Valid driver’s license and HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing knowledge are preferred.
